Returns: Chinar Publishers will accept returns of the books purchased through the website www.chinarpublishers.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

• Customer will have to inform www.chinarpublishers.com of his/her intention to return the product within 24 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her destination. Return is to be sent only after written email consent from Chinar Publishers to send back the product.
• Returns, if any, have to be made within 1 days of receiving the good and same should be received to the Chinar Publishers's address mentioned on this website within 3 days.
• The book ONLY in its original, unused condition is to be returned.
• Books damaged, used or manhandled will not be accepted as returns or refunded.

Refunds: The refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to be fulfilled as it usually takes about 10-15 days for us to receive the books from the customer. On receipt of the goods, a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the same and a refund initiated. The refund will be in the form of a check in case of Cash on Delivery orders and an electronic refund if the customer has paid through his/her credit / debit card / debit card. The refund policy is as follows…

• Goods ordered if not in stock and can’t be exchanged for a similar product will be refunded.
• If a customer expresses a desire to cancel the order after its placed on the website.
• No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product because he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his expectations.
• The refund will be given for the full amount except the amount paid towards shipping and taxes applicable if any.
• The refund will be given if there are genuine quality issues regarding the product. 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
• Package refused by recipient.
• Products returned found in a used or damaged condition.
• The refund will be given if there are genuine quality issues regarding the product.
• In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
